SERVING SUGGESTIONS/COCKTAIL RECIPES

LASSITER'S N. CAROLINA RUM

Daiquiri. 

  • 3 ounces Lassiter's N. Carolina Rum

  • 1.5 ounces simple syrup

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and serve.

Hurricane.

  • 4 ounces Lassiter's N. Carolina Rum

  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice

  • 2 ounces passion fruit syrup 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with 12 ounces of crushed ice. Shake furiously and pour entire contents into a hurricane glass. 

 

LASSITER'S N.C. AMBER RUM

Daiquiri. 

  • 3 ounces Lassiter's N. Carolina Rum

  • 1.5 ounces simple syrup

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and serve.

Daiquiri.

LASSITER'S N.C. AMBER RUM

Painkiller.

  • 2 ounces Lassiter's N.C. Amber Rum

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

  • 1 ounce orange juice

  • 1 ounce cream of coconut

 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice and shake until well combined. Pour entire contents of shaker into an old fashioned glass and grate nutmeg over the top before serving. 

Old Fashioned. 

  • 2 ounces Lassiter's N.C. Amber Rum

  • 2 barspoons demerara syrup

  • 2 dashes cocktail bitters

Combine ingredients in a stirring glass with ice and stir for approximately 45 revolutions. Strain into an old fashioned glass, twist an orange peel over the glass and serve.

 

LASSITER'S RUM AU CAFE

Morning First Ave. Crossing.

  • 2 ounces Lassiter's Rum Au Cafe

  • 1.25 ounce Drambuie

  • 2 drops cocktail bitters

Stir Rum Au Café and Drambuie with ice for 45 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and add bitters before serving. 

35 North by 1 South. 

  • 2 ounces Lassiter's Rum Au Cafe

  • 2 dashes cocktail bitters

  • 1 dash ground allspice

  • .25 ounce vanilla syrup

  • 5 ounces cola

Shake all ingredients except cola in a cocktail shaker until chilled. Add cola, strain into a glass with ice and serve.
